• Installation fees are non‑refundable once fiber work has started.
• Prepaid monthly fees are refundable pro‑rata if service can’t be delivered due to feasibility.
• Hardware returns accepted within 7 days if in original condition; restocking fee may apply.
• Refunds are processed via original payment method within 7–10 business days.
